“What is it?” you might ask. In short: it’s a mentoring programme I developed for Mothers and Women!
More fully: In 2019, after many years working in economics and banking, I decided I had had enough of numbers and spreadsheets, and I wanted to finally do what truly interested me. I resigned! It was one of the best decisions of my life, although at the time I had no idea how challenging the journey ahead would be, full of twists, dead ends, and crossroads. Fortunately, my years of self-work, and the support of the mentors and coaches I had worked with and still maintain contact with, helped me clarify my true path and mission.
These experiences all contributed to the creation of my own Mentoring Programme last year, which I named “Put the Most Important PUZZLE Piece of Your Life in Place!” Many people have asked what I mean by the word PUZZLE here. My answer: Yourself! The essence of the programme is to help women, particularly mothers, discover their true selves. It is for those who feel they are not currently doing work that they are passionate about, who know they are not living their own life or following their own path, but don’t know how to break free, take the first step, and get started. I offer them support using my own experience and knowledge. I even created a visual poster for the programme, making it clear what we work on together with my clients.
We focus on building self-confidence, self-worth, and a sense of belonging, creating inner balance that radiates outward, reconstructing the client’s sense of self and shaping a new form of activity in which they will feel harmonious. The programme is a 10-week coaching process, consisting of 10 individual (online) consultation sessions. During this period, I provide 24/7 personal assistant support: monitoring progress, assigning homework, reviewing and correcting submissions, and being available for questions at any time. I offer complete, compassionate attention to my clients, approaching my work with humility.
My clients engage with respect, commitment, and diligence, knowing that dedication and trust are essential for effective collaboration. My credo: I trust myself, and the path to success is diligence!
