New Year, New Plans

With the support of Women and Mothers at the very heart of it all!

For me, 2022 was the year of major decisions, changes and transformations. Everything became completely clear within me about what I want to do and how I want to do it. I realised that there are things I need to put down and let go of. I need to say goodbye to certain activities in order to strengthen my helping work with my full focus. Alongside this, a new GOAL was born within me, which further reinforced my commitment to offering a supportive hand to Women and Mothers through my knowledge, experience, and my broad toolkit of coaching and art therapy–based methods, also drawing on my decades-long creative practice. In 2023, I am dedicating myself to this mission full-time, wholeheartedly and with complete commitment.

Over the past years, I have participated in numerous training programmes, where I learned the theory, and then—through my own diligence and the guidance of my mentors—I gained extensive practical experience. While working on myself at the same time, I accumulated a wealth of lived experience for which I will be forever grateful. Through my work so far, I have met hundreds of Women and Mothers, listened to their stories, their struggles, and at times their complete uncertainty and despair. I offered them a supportive hand and helped make their days a little brighter.

Based on all this, I created the “Place the Most Important Puzzle Piece of Your Life” Mentor Programme, through which I support Women and Mothers who feel that they are not living their own lives and would like to (re)attune to themselves, find work that is also their passion, and through creating stability, balance and financial security, arrive at inner peace. As I am personally affected by this topic, I have extensive experience and practice in how to get there, and I share this knowledge with love with everyone who finds themselves in a similar situation to the one I was in years ago. Even in my free time, I focus on how I can offer the most effective, soul-lifting support during my sessions with clients. To this end, I continuously expand the range of symbolic cards I use in my supportive processes.

What is more, I can proudly say that more and more of my fellow coaches—along with psychologists, kinesiologists, somatic drama practitioners and other helping professionals—are now using, and reporting wonderful results with, the creative image and coaching card deck called Színes Hangulatok – Colourful Moods. At present, this is a 60-card deck compiled from my own paintings, and its beautifully crafted physical form is thanks, with great appreciation, to the E-press Printing House in Szeged.
