The illustrated coaching cards I have created are designed to develop imagination, intuition, self-awareness and communication. By using the cards, we can embark on an inner journey where we may uncover unresolved conflicts, unexpressed or suppressed emotions and, first and foremost, pathways towards the resolution of our challenges. The paintings featured on the image cards support the development of emotional expression.
My coaching card decks, available across multiple themes, are primarily recommended for professionals with an appropriate level of professional self-awareness, including: coaches, psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, counsellors, kinesiologists, somatic drama practitioners, family constellation facilitators, trainers, teachers, career guidance counsellors, social workers, mentors, special education teachers and other helping professionals.
The creative image and coaching cards are produced in two different sizes, printed on sturdy card stock with photographic print quality. Their prices vary depending on which deck and size you choose. This can be selected when placing your order.
Participation in the Card Usage Workshop is not a prerequisite for purchasing the cards; however, for those who wish to integrate the method into their own professional practice and support others with it, completion of the workshop is recommended.
During the multi-level online Card Usage Workshop, I teach the methodology of the image cards through experiential learning and deep self-awareness work.

Why is it important to express our emotions?
Perhaps you have often experienced how difficult it can be to put into words what you truly feel. However, expressing emotions is crucial for our mental well-being, as this is how we are able to process, understand and accept them. Through self-awareness work, we learn that emotions are not our enemies, but our guides – they help us to understand ourselves more deeply and to live a more conscious life.
This is exactly what happens in a coaching process: suppressed or misunderstood emotions are brought to the surface, and we learn how to work with them in an appropriate way. You are supported by an experienced facilitator who provides a safe space for self-expression, insight and change.
But why not begin expressing your emotions on your own already?
That is why I created the Colourful Emotions Card Deck, which helps you to recognise and articulate your emotions more easily.
These cards are special because the paintings featured on them offer visual support, allowing you to express what you feel even without words – whether for yourself or for others.
They are a perfect complement to coaching, psychotherapy, special education, art therapy, kinesiology-based release work and other helping professions.
They can also be used independently at home if you wish to work on yourself without a facilitator.
